This agent is completely unresponsive and incompetent…read more The "service" (really lack thereof) we received from him the past two years has made us change insurance providers after 35+ faithful years with State Farm. After several missteps, the last straw was a typo on his part which caused us to lose coverage on one of our policies, and he NEVER called us back to fix it after we found out that he never sent the information we gave to him requested by the underwriters. It's a shame because we have always had great service from past agents in ID and CA. State Farm corporate customer service can't do much to rectify the mistakes this agent made on our account either. Perhaps the company should spend a little less on the copious amounts of TV advertising and more on customer service. Good bye State Farm.
