The paint crew mask off for the different colors, back rolled, and did an excellent job of trimming. They were to pull out 3 door frames in walkout basement and re-install them to stop the leaking…read morefrom under the threshold, 2 were fixed, one still leaks even after they came back but didn't do anything to stop the water leaking in, claim I needed storm doors on my house. I have 5 doors on that floor, 3 more on the main floor, NONE have storm doors, nor do I want them...Then they were to caulk any seams, sand loose old paint and dig out and fill any rotted wood on my trim and paint the trim on complete house. They refused to fix the leaking door, painted over rotted wood, and didn't sand and fill on most of the windows, only sanded 3 windows! I would stay away from these guys, there's so many others that do good work, they seem to only want your money then they are gone! NOT WORTH THE UPSET! I now have hired another company to do the job where they failed, and I will now need to file a court case against this company, I even gave them a chance to make it right, had my attorney write a letter to them last month, now attorney has called several times only to be finally told they were not coming back to honor their warranty. I NO LONGER TRUST THIS COMPANY! !

I got a quote from Promiere late last year and called them to schedule the job in March of this…read moreyear. Both the quote and Paula were very detailed and left no questions unanswered. The price was very reasonable (way less than I expected!) and they got me in as soon as they possibly could, which was quicker than she first told me (thanks!). I love doing work with family businesses. Paula was very responsive to calls and/or texts, and was giving me updates on schedule and what was happening next from the very start. The first day the crew was prepping the house (which I had already moved out of) I went back to get some stuff and Austin (the son) came right down off the ladder and introduced himself and asked if I needed anything or had questions. Paula continued to give me daily updates (even on rain days) on what progress had been made, what the days plan was, and what (if any) future plans were. Working in commercial construction, my companie's motto is Know/Plan/Communicate/Execute, and Promeire did ALL of those things to the Nth degree. We needed paint on the exterior of our house and Kate helped us match the existing faux stone colors to some of the new exterior colors available. Our stone had faded a bit but the new paint made the house look new again. Kate also took time to select colors for downspouts, trim, and gutters that made the main house color look better than the original scheme. Super patient and easy to deal with, I recommend them to anyone needing exterior or interior paint work (she is awesome at that too!)

They were there the next day to paint and had it done fast! I was inpressed! I've never had professional painters before but they seemed too do a great job. I wasn't able to use a credit or debit card as form of payment which stinks but it was manageable. I know the fees stink for small businesses!
