When I raised the issue, Danny Roseth responded with a long justification about how busy he is -- including being "up since 5 in the morning," having "80 emails" he "hasn't had a second to look at," and that his normal response time is "2-3 days." I'm sure he's busy, but if that's the standard expectation for responsiveness before you even become a client, it's an easy pass for me. I was looking for a tax advisor who has the capacity to take on new clients and communicate in a timely, consistent way -- without needing to justify delays as an unavoidable "feature" of the business that clients should simply accept.
