They were here for almost 6 hours and the before and after was a huge difference. The crew removed all the debris and raked/swept up any remnants from their trimming activities. You couldn't tell by looking at the ground in the areas where the crews were working that branches were cut down and some cut into smaller pieces. I was quite impressed with the end result. Told me all will be taken care of will send to insurance company. None of that happened. The workers used our ladder for the tarp and never cleaned driveway. Received invoice in mail. Called office. The lady in the office extremely rude!!!! Said "Well we always send the bill to the customer. We have no idea if your insurance is good?" That is awful. Shame on you guys. Then I found Aarons Tree and Lawn, and they only quoted me $500!! I scheduled with them, and they were able to come out to me early the next week. They were here n gone all by the time I got home from work. As a matter of fact, if I didn't have a tree trimmed, I would've never even known they were here because they cleaned up all of the debri. My Maple tree and all 3 Rose of Sharons look great!

Ok .. so I'm going to get them five stars but that said I swear it's only us this stuff happens…read moreto!!! They came with high recommendations from two friends Without going into 20 paragraphs all I can say is they're communication sucked they're promises of being here then not showing up sucked understandable they had some emergencies and tractor problems it happens but you communicate with your customer. Again not going into huge detail but we were promised several things that weren't written on the invoice that were given the day of the quote.. including fixing the neighbor's yard which they said is not something they do after they told us they would too long of a story to go into All I can give advice to them is you don't ghost your customer over and over again We had the cash we luckily didn't pay them until the job was totally done are we probably would have never seen them again We are loyal cash paying people We don't rip people off but you do finish the job before you get paid in full That's a given with any contractor as you all know The job was not completed the first day we were waiting for them to come back to pay them which was like pulling teeth.. Obviously when they finish the job they got paid plus some we appreciate what they did but they need to be better communicators in the future..
