Good service. The portions are just the right amount for the price. The decorations are very cute, vintage retro themed. Servers are all very kind and attentive.

We arrived a little after 10 on New Year's Day and were seated right away. Since they have Pepsi products, I had water to drink. My dining companions had OJ. We got: Hawaiian Portuguese Sausage Scramble -- basic scramble Very Berry French Toast -- first time having French toast on a croissant. It had good overall flavor and we liked the mixed berry compote. Todd's Eggs Benedict Breakfast -- this was ok. The hollandaise was a little runny and mustardy, and the country potatoes could have been cooked more. It's fun to watch the kitchen in the middle, and they had oldies music playing. Food is pretty standard. Not bad but nothing special.

Cute diner. Went for brunch on a Sunday, and it was pretty busy. But the service was fast, efficient and friendly. Huevos Rancheros were good. It didn't have ranchero sauce though. Instead it was served with fresh salsa on top. Tasty dish but misnamed. The corned beef was good as well. The real reason I went was because I was craving biscuits and gravy. That was good too. Nothing fantastic but the biscuit was light and fresh. Gravy could've used more seasoning and would've been better if it had some sausage in it. But it tasted just fine. I'd go back and try an omelette next time.

We were visiting Palm Desert and JTs Diner was not far from our hotel. We came in on a weekday afternoon and can highly recommend this restaurant. Stepping inside is like walking into a 1950s Diner, and we loved the music playing - authentic songs from the 50s and 60s. My wife and I were eager to share something - after reviewing the menu our friendly server took our orders: The Wedge (salad) and JT's Smokin Sliders. After a few minutes the food arrived and it looked good (see photo). The Wedge salad was nicely chopped up (a lot of times you get a true wedge of Iceberg Lettuce you have to cut up) with plenty of "goodies"; bacon, tomatoes, hard boiled egg and avocado pieces with blue cheese dressing. Delicious! And JT's Smokin Sliders consisted of 3 small sliders (beef burgers) with smoked mozzarella cheese, topped with crispy onion strips - served with a side of French fries. The burgers were as tasty as the salad. This was our last day in Palm Desert otherwise we would have come back for another meal (they had a good looking breakfast menu as well).

This is my second visit to JTs. Somehow I forgot to review them last time. If you like traditional diners, this is the place for you. Friendly staff, welcoming layout and a great menu. I had Hot Pastrami on Sourdough with fries and added a side salad. The salad was most impressive and had unexpected goodies like mushrooms. This diner actually makes it's own sausage for some of the offerings. Give them a try.

Delicious food and outstanding services. Like an old school Diner playing 50s music. I had the cheese and mushroom Scramble with sourdough bread and fruit. Thoroughly enjoyed it..

Good food. Great service. Diner ambience. This place came recommended by a server at a Marriott location we were staying at when asked for a good breakfast spot in the area. He was right! It was good! We had the Country Breakfast and some pancakes. While the breakfast was delicious, your typical two egg, meat and potatoes plate, the pancakes fell short of amazing. We felt they should have been cooked a bit longer as they were a bit doughy. Also the potatoes could have been a bit more well done with some crisp, which is why I knocked a star off. To me, country potatoes should be a bit crispy, well done. The one item that stood out was the chicken jalapeno sausage. OMG! These sausage patties were delicious, filled with spice and seasoning. Very tasty! This item really made the dish to be honest. I will say they did deliver on the over medium egg, which most places miss. Overall a great experience. Our server Alexandra was so kind and friendly. Everyone working there was. We appreciate that kind of hospitality nowadays, as it is rare and few in today's world. For that reason, we will definitely be back the next time we are in town. Seating is plenty. Prices reasonable. Portions good. Service excellent!!! Parking is plenty. Bon appétit!

This place is great, their food is some of the best in the valley. Service is always prompt, and the servers are always friendly and offer great laughs. Definitely coming back and trying more menu items.

There were a lot of breakfast options, from specialty pancakes and waffles to unique omelets and Mexicandishes like Chilaquiles. I got the Biancasada omelet, which has carne asada, peppers, onions and cheese. It is served with your choice of side (I got potato wedges) and bread (I subbed the grilled peach specialty pancake). The omelet was ok...the carne asada wasn't great and the other ingredients could have been cooked more. The wedges were good, but I didn't like the grilled peach pancake as much as I thought I would and wished I would have got the lemon blueberry. Portions were big, and I took half to go. Hubby got the chorizo con papas omelet with hash browns cooked extra crispy and a buttermilk pancake. The omelet was really good, and the hash browns were cooked well. The pancake was a pancake. They only have Pepsi products, so I went with water, which they refilled well. There is indoor and outdoor seating, and they had Hawaiian music playing. I'd come back to try lunch. It was my first time to the area, and I was blown away by the beautiful views and the weather! Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at the Westin, and it was the perfect venue for a corporate conference. Check-in was severely delayed on the day of our check-in, but it did not affect us since we were out exploring the area. I overheard several very irritated people, though, as they were waiting to check in for many many hours, and rooms were not yet clean and ready until after 5pm. I enjoyed the spread out layout of this Westin, and it was convenient to have a room on the main floor. The convention spaces were good, but the air-conditioning made it feel like it was 50°, and everyone was shivering most of the conference. We enjoyed all of the food that we ate, and especially enjoyed the outdoor welcome reception that our conference hosted. It was such a beautiful backdrop, and well managed with great bar service and food options. We also enjoyed the adult pool area, and it was very convenient that it was just steps from our hotel room. Our room was a bit dated, but worked just fine for us. The bathroom was quite large, and easily accommodated multiple guests in one room. Beds were comfortable. The biggest issue we ran into was the power in our room didn't work all the time we called in maintenance, they fixed it, but then it broke again the next day it caused a fair amount of frustration, but the staff really worked hard to get it resolved. We enjoyed long walks around the golf course each morning, the coffee shop, the restaurants, and the ease of parking. We also saw a prom being hosted there and a wedding. The staff was friendly, and overall it was a great hotel for a conference!

The maintenance issues were hard to ignore. The jacuzzi bubbles in the main pool didn't work, and right next to it was a water area filled with trash. The pool restroom clearly wasn't being checked regularly -- the floors stayed dirty and soaking wet throughout the day. On arrival, their system was down, so the mobile key couldn't be activated. That resulted in long lines just to get a physical key, which was not a great way to start the stay. They gave us credit for the parking and resort fees, which we appreciated. But even with that, the hotel simply doesn't justify its high price point right now. You can tell the property is struggling with maintenance overall. What appear to have once been fountains or water features in the middle of the buildings are now just filled with gravel instead of water, which gives the property a neglected feel. Unfortunately, we won't be coming back.

It clearly caters to a sophisticated crowd--very similar in vibe to their Calabasas location. While parking is accessible in the rear, it can get congested during peak season. The menu is extensive with plenty of excellent selections, though the pricing is definitely premium. For instance, a Cobb salad topped with fish can easily exceed $45; while the quality is high, that's a significant jump over nearby staples like Daily Grill. Service was friendly but lacked consistency; our server disappeared mid-meal without a hand-off, requiring us to flag down other staff. Overall, it's a bright, airy, and stylish spot well worth a visit, provided you're prepared for the 'luxury' price point.

The restaurant has a great Palm Springs atmosphere, especially if you can grab a table on the tree-lined patio like we did. We've been to Palm Springs many times and I've had this place bookmarked for too long and never had an opportunity to try it. When my Team and I came into town for a conference, we decided that since it's a weekday, it would be the best time to try this place out. It breathtakingly did not disappoint. I ordered the Complete savory crêpe and had I not been drinking so much water from the heat, I would have devoured this in one sitting. The side salad is a nice touch and balances out the heaviness of the egg and the ham. My coworker had the avocado toast and was overjoyed that it was very plentiful and well portioned. She also ordered a fresh grapefruit juice which she let me try and I found incredibly refreshing. This is by far one of my favorite breakfast places in California! Our server was busy with many tables and at one point we did have to ask for a refill on water. It also took a really long time to get our check after we had asked for it.
