I called this company about a week before the scheduled cleaning date and told the owner how important it was that the technician be ON TIME because I was moving out and had a very small window to work with. I also told her if she couldn't do it, to let me know and I'd book someone else. She ASSURED me that they'd make the timing work. Fast forward to yesterday and less than an hour before they're supposed to show up, the owner texts me to tell me they have to reschedule for 5 hours later or today. I immediately texted her back saying that this was NOT what we agreed on and to call me. She didn't call me. In fact, I waited about 30 minutes to hear ANYTHING from her. Her name is Monica. About 30 minutes later after not hearing back. I called the company about 10 times in a row. She finally texted me back and told me that she could get another tech out to me in an hour. Marissa showed up and did such an amazing job. I would highly recommend requesting her. The apartment looked like a war zone after we moved out and after she left, it looked amazing. Truly.
