The worst taxi experience I have ever had. When booking the company had told us we could pay by card. When going into the office the staff had a casual, unprofessional air. Our driver seemed surprised we wanted to put our bags in the boot, and left us to close it. Before leaving we checked about the card and he told us he had no card machine, that we would have to pay in the office. He then took us to the wrong place, seemingly unaware of where a major, well-known hotel near their office was located. He then went in the wrong direction again and did not seem to consider that it was his responsibility to know where to go. We had to guide him at the end. When we arrived he left us to get our bags out of the boot ourselves. read more
