I rented my first Shoreditch flat through this relatively small but efficient and knowledgeable real estate agency and would definitely use Peach again. The staff have generally either lived in the area or do so at present and are particularly knowledgeable about Shoreditch's Victorian built Boundary Estate where many local residents rent one and two bed properties. All in all a charming little real estate agency that goes some way to dispelling the myth that all real estate agents are cowboys.

It is a small, local estate agent that knows the surrounding areas extremely well. I would thoroughly recommend using them, or at least speaking to them before renting a property in the area, as they gave us a fair bit of useful information.

This estate agent absolutely has the worst Admin I have ever had to deal with. Not only do they…read moresend snide, nasty emails seemingly trying to put house mate neck and neck (with not every tenant included), but they're highly unorganised and fail to accommodate for the needs of the people they're catering for. I'm a student, so they may treat home buyers/renters substantially different, but if you are a student, expect to circle in the seventh ring of hell and reply with the same message at least 5 times and pay "admin fees" for absolutely no reason. Heed my warning, unless your paying for a palace for a few bob a month don't use these guys. Apart from that i hear their coffee is alright.
