The staff were on time every day and stayed late daily even on the 30 degree days, to get the job done before I left town. They even came up with a solution for a steep drop off my steps. My dogs absolutely love the Turf as do I, no cleanup needed. I have to speak about how this company stands behind their reputation. Right off the bat I knew I would have a difficult to please neighbor. Brad came out personally to meet with his staff on the first day to set out expectations. He took many pictures of the before, during and after yard progress. Brad had to deal with a difficult human and did it with professionalism and insight. Brad came out personally with a crew the very next day when the "difficult to please" neighbor made his complaints known. Brad went above and beyond to top up crush between the homes, to please the neighbor. Stayed for hours with his crew to make sure any complaints were immediately addressed. This company has impeccable service and absolutely stands behind their clients and company. I would 100 percent recommend this company, especially seeing what they had to deal with. We hired Brian in May 2019 and gave him $7400.00 as a deposit. Brian Pirot does not have an Alberta Prepaid Contractor License - so taking deposits from uninformed customers is against the law. The Hardwall 'crew' (2 inexperienced labourers) showed up for a total of 2 hours on July 8th, 2019. Brian dodged/ignored/avoided all communication attempts and destroyed our backyard for well over a year. We have since hired a reputable contractor to address the issue. Brian Pirot of Hardwall Outdoor Living cost us thousands of dollars through his breach of contract. Brian Pirot and Hardwall Outdoor Living are synonymous with distrust.
