Ordered a bouquet for my niece's dance recital. The owner was very pleasant and accommodating. I had a great experience with the ordering process. The reason for the 3 stars is because I specified the exact time I needed it for and stressed that it needed to be ready because I had to travel a distance. Well, we had to wait 15 minutes for it as it was not ready when promised. Additionally, a lot of the flowers in the arrangement were brown along the edges. I didn't like that. If I had more time, I would have insisted it be fixed, but after waiting, i just wanted to leave and get on the road. read more

I ordered get well flowers the day before Valentine's Day. I specifically said this was not for the holiday so delivery the next day wasn't necessary. They said NO PROBLEM! I said, fine then!
