If a professional service business has good reviews it's because they did an amazing job so I can assure you to trust those reviews. Their website has a contact form which allows you to submit your request/concern after hours to have someone follow up and walk you through next steps. I was contacted by Jan who had been trying to reach me for over a week (due to me transposing a number for my cell phone) and she was so amazing at providing an overview of how the practice works and what to expect. She has a calming and empathetic way of handling clients and is a great Segway into what to expect after. Jan set an appointment with Matt about a week out who specializes in HOA issues (and had great reviews and feedback on the internet) so I was excited to get some expert feedback on what I should do. Matt called me on the dot for our scheduled appointment and immediately had a way of making me feel at ease -meaning I wasn't worried he was a shady attorney who will tell you anything to get you to put down a retainer. In fact, he did the opposite.
