But I also wanted a more elevated look than my regular makeup application. I was also slightly out of practice and was feeling only 70% confident in my skills. Enter Meagan. From our very first session she was such a pro. She listened to understand my vision, provided great product recommendations, and showed me the proper placements for products. But even moreso, she explained the WHY behind the application. Having an understanding of why certain products are placed where they are and what they are trying to achieve has been so incredibly life changing when doing my makeup. Leading up to the event, she held me accountable to ensure I was practicing the look and then provided feedback when I shared photos with her. I felt 100% confident in doing my own makeup the morning of the elopement.
