I wrote Rachel Patton, owner of Taylor's Leatherware an email explaining what was wrong and sent a picture. After two days, she said bring it to "Lynchburg square". I asked her to confirm the address as it was different from the one in her signature. This was her response: "I literally said in Lynchburg on the square next to the bank. Not sure how anyone could get confused by that." This is a business owner mind you. I told her that I am not from the state and have no idea what she meant. I also told her that she was rude. She proceeded to tell me: Rachel Patton 7:21AM (28 minutes ago) to me Sounds good. Don't bring your backpack in. I'm not going to fix it. You're the rude one. I have the full email exchange for anyone that wants to read it. I highly recommend you do not shop here. They have zero customer service skills and frankly, a very shoddy product.
