Adam said they could fix it and they put in a dry riverbed. I asked them if they were certain it wouldn't mess up my field/leach lines. (A few months earlier we had to put in a new septic system...tank and lines thanks to the former owner lying on the sellers disclosure.) I wanted to make sure my new system would be fine. Adam said it would be fine. They finished the job a week later. A few weeks later, I called Jenny and asked if they could come back out because water was coming back to the house. There's a section that is higher and not sloping down. She said they would call, but no phone call. On April 15, 2020, I called again and asked if they could come out. Jenny said they would call back but never did. August 18, 2020, I called Jenny again because the day before, the Fayette County Department of Public Health Environmental Health Department came out along with a representative from the septic company and said the dry riverbed is in code violation and must be corrected. I called several times requesting the owner to personally call me back and/or to come out to the property. Guess what....she never called back. Any call that was made was by ME! I even left voice messages to call me back. August 19th, I get a text message from Jenny saying they will call back. Do you think they will call back? Do you think they will stop by? BTW, they live 2.9 miles away from my address. (6 minute drive according to Google maps) If they come out and correct the code violation, I will remove and update this post. But doubtful from my experience this far.

I had Manuel for almost a year and suddenly, the wife stopped returning my text messages after she tried to overcharge me for picking up leaves Manuel had failed to pick up. This was my first Fall in Georgia. I assume the gardener will clean up the leaves and dispose them. Instead, Manuel created a wall of leaves between my property and my neighbors's. I called their number to ask for the leaves to be either bagged or be taken away yet the wife was snarky and told me it's impossible for Manuel to take the leaves of all the houses he maintains. I offer to buy bags and they came to pick up the leaves yet the wife tried to charge me an extra $120 for that after the weekly fee I paid them. After I asked for clarification, she stopped responding and it has now been 3 weeks. I had been paying them what they ask for weekly maintenance so I expect for the maintenance to take place. Another issue I had was they charge for everything as an extra, even if one asks small plants to be cut or removed. Make sure you ask upfront what their fee includes. I felt Manuel Just was focused on cutting the lawn and nothing else unless I constantly had to ask the wife about what needed to be done. Quite honestly, it's too much work to be dealing with his wife. She seems to be temperamental and also very rude for not returning my texts.

Hopefully it will prevent any other consumers from using this company and getting their property destroyed.
