My daughter  had the Lavender Black Tea Latte, I had the Matcha Green Tea Latte, and we both shared the Apple Pie Chia Pudding.  Neither drink was spectacular but it was a cold, rainy day and we wanted warm drinks, so that was why I had chosen those drinks for us. In the future I think I will stick with ordering smoothies and juices from Jugo Juice since that's what they're known for.  The Apple Pie Chia Pudding was acualIy pretty good; I quite enjoyed it. We were too full though to finish it so I brought it home and finished it the next day. I scooped it out into a bowl and heated it up in the  microwave. It tasted better that way. Apple Pie is after all, better when it's warm. Plus, placing it into one of our own bowls at home gave me more room to stir it up properly! I was at home taking care of my baby. When he asked her about the drink, she made it in 5 minutes. So she obviously forgot mine, or misplaced mine, and was making drinks for other customers' online orders!! But then, get this, she gives him the WRONG drink, LOL!!! We ordered Stawburst (strawberry) and she gave him a blueberry drink instead, the drink was BLUE-PURPLE So he had to go back and return it because I'm allergic to blueberries!! I knew it had blueberries b/c my tongue SWELLED. This is not rocket science! Then she argues it's Strawburst (strawberry drink). uh NO, THERE SHOULD BE NO BLUEBERRIES IN IT!!!! WOMAN, MY TONGUE FREAKING SWELLED!!! I think I know there are blueberries in it, lol. It's on the menu that there are NO blueberries, see my attached picture. Yet, she made the new drink and proceeded to put blueberries in it again, but luckily my family member stopped her. She argued back that blueberries go into Strawburst. No, it doesn't, lady. I was delighted to learn that the Booster Juice stand upstairs by the food court also sells Acai Bowls so I decided to try one of their Acai bowls recently. Very impressive! They don't have as many varieties as Oakberry but what they do serve is just as tasty as any of the Acai Bowls from Oakberry. I found that the bowl they served it in was also much easier to scoop from than the cups that Oakberry serves their Acai Bowls in. When I'm eating an Acai Bowl from Oakberry, I always feel like I'm dangerously close to spilling the contents of my cup whenever I'm scooping from the top. This Booster Juice Acai bowl felt like I had more room to move things around without being so close to spilling things. I find that the location of Booster Juice is also more convenient. As much as I love the Acai Bowls from Oakberry, if I'm with a group of people at Park Royal (and I usually am), I don't like having to separate and go downstairs to get an Acai Bowl if everyone else is ordering their food from the food court upstairs. Probably gonna alternate between the two places from now on, when the Acai bowl cravings hit. After walking past all eateries, I saw this little stand just at the end - Booster Juice. I made up my mind to try some healthy juice. There was a new menu with this all green mix. So I ordered it. It costs about $8.99 incl. The lady who served me was new to the job but she was very polite and pretty quick to take my order. After about 5-7 mins the drink was ready. The first taste was "wow, it's so fresh!" not too sweet, just right about of taste. The second wow came a bit little when a ginger hit my bud. It was so good and I wanted a flash dance in the mall! Anyway, the food court was full of family gatherings, pretty busy on a Saturday afternoon which was normal. The ambiance was noisy , but it was a good kind of noise that I don't feel annoyed.
