I had a cazuela which is the creation of Chef Marco. It is a combination of an omelette and a souflee. My mouth watered the entire time I was eating it. This was an awesome meal. We split an order of pancakes due to wanting something sweet. Shouldn't have. Both entrees were more than enough to fill our tummies.
