I really wanted to like this cleaning company, especially because they present themselves well with…read morebrochures, business cards, appointment confirmations, and text reminders. Unfortunately, the actual cleaning did not match the polished presentation. I hired this company for a deep clean, and the service did not match what was written in the contract. Several areas, like the laundry room, which were specifically included in the contract, were skipped entirely. When I asked them to come back to complete the work they had already been paid for, they told me it would be a "second phase" and would require additional payment. There was never an agreement about "phases", and it is not reasonable to charge extra for work that was already included in the original contract. They also skipped the copper sink completely. Their explanation was that there was a dish in the sink. We were home the entire time, and they could have simply asked us to move it. That alone demonstrates the level of effort and communication they were willing to put in. Cleaning products were used that were not appropriate for the materials in my home. Clorox wipes were used on surfaces that require specific cleaners, which explains why stains and buildup remained afterward. It felt rushed and not thoughtful. The team was friendly, but the quality of the work and the refusal to honor the original agreement were very disappointing. I paid for a deep clean, not a partial job with surprise "phases" added afterward. If you need a true deep clean or someone who understands how to care for different materials, this is not the company I would recommend. This experience taught me that a professional marketing appearance does not always equal professional results.

I had this service about May of 2022 and just deciding to comment to help others maybe. Main complaints: 1.They took far too long with (2) girls in an area upstairs, seldom used, that had been cleaned 3 weeks prior. (upstairs) . Not cluttered with things to clean around. 2. Girls mopped the wooden floors thru the house using only 2 pads on the mop. (3,000 sq feet +)I gave them 10 changeable pads so not to transfer the dirt and to be used with my Bona product.. Didnt notice til I saw 8 clean pads never used right before they left. Basically they transferred the dirt over all the floors. I wasnt happy esp since paying $400, but didnt have time for them to return to do the floors properly. Im happy they were polite but shouldve known how to clean the wooden floors and not stretch the time in seldom used area. I woundnt use them again. Their "first time" charge was a bit over $400 /3200 sq ft for my house occupied by only two persons. The orig. estimate was around $250 .
