Unfortunately, the actual cleaning did not match the polished presentation. I hired this company for a deep clean, and the service did not match what was written in the contract. Several areas, like the laundry room, which were specifically included in the contract, were skipped entirely. When I asked them to come back to complete the work they had already been paid for, they told me it would be a "second phase" and would require additional payment. There was never an agreement about "phases", and it is not reasonable to charge extra for work that was already included in the original contract. They also skipped the copper sink completely. Their explanation was that there was a dish in the sink. We were home the entire time, and they could have simply asked us to move it. That alone demonstrates the level of effort and communication they were willing to put in. Cleaning products were used that were not appropriate for the materials in my home. Clorox wipes were used on surfaces that require specific cleaners, which explains why stains and buildup remained afterward. It felt rushed and not thoughtful. The team was friendly, but the quality of the work and the refusal to honor the original agreement were very disappointing. I paid for a deep clean, not a partial job with surprise "phases" added afterward. If you need a true deep clean or someone who understands how to care for different materials, this is not the company I would recommend. This experience taught me that a professional marketing appearance does not always equal professional results.

I have family coming into town for Easter so I decided to have a deep clean schedule and did not want to have to worry about a major cleaning prior to their arrival. We scheduled our cleaning on 3/30, well in advance to our cleaning day. My wife and I have to work all week and did not have the time to do this. Our scheduled cleaning was scheduled for Wednesday (4/13) and on Sunday (4/10) morning we received the following email. "I was so happy to see your name finally on our schedule after working on getting you booked for two years Regretfully, we have lost a team member due to a no call no show last week that has impaired our scheduling. We will need to re schedule this service for you for a future date. I will look ahead however as of currently, it appears our bookings may be extended to June until we are able to find more talent! I apologize for this inconvenience after working so hard to see you on our schedule!" I love how the owner waited until the Sunday prior (4 days prior) to advise the cancellation, when they know most places are closed and we would struggle to find another service. The owner did not even offer a discount or a referral to another company but excepted me to wait until June. I understand that people can leave a company at anytime, but as an owner you have to adjust schedules and maybe, just maybe, offer to take on the extra work yourself and step out of the office to work with your staff until you find a suitable replacement. It is crazy how an owner is willing to burn a client that they have been trying to get on their books for 2 years. I was able to find another service and have one scheduled. I would recommend looking else where.
