I ordered the GF bagel back in July and was vomiting within 1 hour of eating it. I couldn't fully confirm that the bagel was the issue that day - until now. I had gone into the bagel shop a few weeks ago and was curious about their preparation for the GF bagels. I asked the person working , i even told her that I have celiac. She told me the bagels are fully gluten free and cooked separately than the other bagels. I also noticed that they were kept in a basket with a lining on the shelves. This past weekend I decided to try the GF bagel again after last eating it in July - unfortunately for the second time, i was vomiting within an hour of eating the bagel. I am writing this review 2 days later, still experiencing serious side effects of ingesting gluten. I don't understand what the point is for the store to sell a GF bagel for the GF community if it's not even gluten free. Or why a staff member would ensure the safety of the bagel, likely knowing that the bagel is not safe.
