Surprisingly excellent! My husband and I are so happy to finally have an interesting, healthful restaurant choice in the Mableton/Austell area. I ordered a Tropical fruit bowl with acai, banana and cocoa nibs with the avocado key lime pudding for dessert. They forgot my husband's dessert on the first try. When I called to correct the order, the mgr was very courteous and sent a driver back with the dessert immediately. I've never had this happen. Other places just stiff you. read more

The lady who greeted me seemed a little irritated that I didn't know what I wanted and was not really trying to describe the menu to me. I literally took a leap of faith by trying the smoothie bowl. I have been an avid juicer for a little more than a year. I was excited to learn of this establishment near my medical facility, and decided to give it a try after an appointment this afternoon. My disappointment in the product can only be surpassed by the staff's blatant disregard for high quality customer service and satisfaction. Upon arrival, we waited quite a few minutes to be noticed. There were no other customers waiting; similarly, there was no one at the front counter to greet us. This should have been my first warning of what was to come, but we decided to place our order anyway. My friend placed an order for a smoothie, while I placed an order for a "fresh pressed juice." I imagined the process would be very similar to what I do at home: the establishment would take fresh produce, make my juice fresh specifically for me, and I would leave a happy customer. However, after I placed my order, and paid for my product, I was handed a plastic bottle of juice from their refrigerator. I must have appeared shocked, because the clerk asked: "Were you expecting a smoothie?" When I answered no, but stated I would like a plastic cup, some ice and a straw while they were making the additional smoothie, another clerk (or quite possibly the owner) attempted to give me what would be the approximate size of a sample "Dixie" cup for my 16 oz drink. This is the point in my story where I begin to become REALLY disappointed. I probably wouldn't have made such a fuss about the scenario, except high quality standards, that one would expect from a health food establishment were not met. After paying $8.00 for the refrigerated juice product (which was not made to fresh or to order,) I only wanted a cup with a lid, so that I could drive without spilling. When I requested such, I was met with the response of: "That's not how we do it." The Juice Me Too associate condescendingly attempted to explain, the juicing process to me, why it was bottled, and claimed it had been made fresh today, yet further stated Juice Me Too has been known to keep the juice product for as long as five days in the fridge. The bottle they attempted to give me did not have an expiration time or date, but they assured me it had been made sometime today. Comforting, I know. Moreover, after paying $8.00 for the juice they wanted to charge me an additional fee for a plastic disposable cup, some ice and a straw! Unbelievable! Needless to say, I cancelled my transaction, obtained my money back, and took my business to Smoothie King down the street, where they make my juices fresh...right in front of me. Heck, after I told them the story, Smoothie King even gave me a few FREE cups! read more

We are visiting from Ohio and searched on the internet for someplace to get fresh juice . So glad we chose Juice Me too. The staff was excellent and very knowledgeable. They helped us choose just right smoothie I got the Bella's Beet and my husband got St Barth's Getaway Both were amazing! I also got a shot of wheatgrass...love me some fresh wheatgrass. I have visited Juice Me Too since inception. I literally started ordering products when they were only a few weeks in business. I returned a few days later after my initial visit with my Mom and Daughter who also purchased several products. I soon began requesting large orders in excess of $250 weekly to share with my family. However, at times, I would stop by for the occasional smoothie or a few juices versus a large order.Despite the fact that juices are not made fresh anymore per order, I remained a customer due to close proximity to my residence. On October 5, 2016 my daughter and I stopped by for a few smoothies and I ordered a few juices, the employee asked if I wanted all the Pineapple Pete as they had 6 available, I said "ok, sure".......she then asked if I need labels, which I replied "no thank you", then she proceeded to bag the juices. Patrice, the owner, was sitting at the table talking with someone; she stopped in the midst of her conversation and loudly said....."wait, did she buy all the juices?", "she called my name (as stated, I'm, well I was a very regular customer, spending upwards of $4000 annually), and said did you get all the juices, I answered by saying, "your employee offered me the 6 you have and I said ok, sure", she then begins to demean me and yell saying," now you know you need to call in your order, you can NOT get all those juices, I stopped her and said "you need to speak with your staff, as she offered them to me, I'm the customer, Patrice continued to speak to me as if I was a child and not once said anything to her staff member. My order for Wednesday totaled at $105, not much as I normally spend because I was just stopping by to get a few things. Patrice lost a sale, a long time high spending customer and business confidant. The way I was treated was so demeaning; I'm in my early 40's and honestly can say this is the worst customer service experience I've ever had in my entire life!! To make matters worse, she treated me like this in front of my child. I used this as a learning tool for my 14 year old, no matter how you support a business, spend in their establishment, you can still be treated in such a horrific way! My daughter, Mom and Fiance' are all speechless!! I will NEVER return to Juice Me Too!! I visited Kale Me Crazy Juice Bar on the same day and guess what.......they let me buy as many juices as my heart desired. Thanks Kale me Crazy for your willingness to sell your product to your customers!! read more

Love this place. They are open between 11 - 6. I hear they are working on extended hours. Yes Yes. They make amazing smoothies. My favorite is the mayo bay. Make sure you ask for the 24 oz. its about $7.25 but its only about $1.50 more than the smallest size. Its so cold and refreshing. I drank one, after working out the LA Fitness across the parking lot, on the way home and i swear if I could have gotten my head inside that cup I would have gotten every drop. Never been into coffee so I never had that Starbucks beverage addiction like my friends. This is my new addiction. Gotta try one of the natural bowls for breakfast too. While my Acai bowl was delicious, it was excruciatingly painful to wait for. Had originally ordered through Grubhub only to learn 45 min later they were no longer working with grubhub. Drove over instead to pick up the 5 orders only to then wait more than an hour to have the bowls prepared. Only 1 person working, ran out of honey before bowls were finished. Not sure if 1 employee is a normal occurrence but the bowls were basically melted and the juice was warm after the long wait. I rated a 3 because the bowl was good, but the service was so poor I won't be back. I can make at home in 10 min so I'm not sure why this place is so slow. read more

I liked his better, but mine was still good. I also tried the kale salad which was yummy. I can't go here often because it's just too pricey. DELICIOUS!!!!! FANTASTIC!!!! OH SO TASTY!!! Ordered today via uber eats and the food was amazing!!! They mean it when they say the food is made fresh to order!! I like to sample, so I tried the veggie wrap, the kale salad, and the key lime avocado pudding. Generous but not huge servings so it was too much for one sitting for sure. I ate half the wrap, half the salad, started eating the pudding and had to stop to write a review!!! Lol! Like the other reviewers I concur that the wraps and salad are delicious! My huge surprise was the pudding. I've recently converted to vegan eating and so getting a good dessert is still an opportunity area. This pudding was the BEST TREAT!!! Love this place. Love the smoothies. Love the service I get. What I don't love is the hours. For someone who works a 9-5 it's hard to really enjoy their products. I have only gone to them on my days off. I try to stock up but it's once in a blue moon where I get off during the week. I do believe. If their business was open till 8pm they would see a boost on their sale because they are in front of A gym. When I work out there people talk about juice me too but either it's too early, too late or a Sunday. We found this smoothie shop through Groupon and we never knew it was located there until we seen the special. We tried the Mayo Bay it was really good but we wish they had bigger sizes because the 16oz was kind of small. Very friendly and welcoming! We will definitely return to try the juices. read more

I ate here for the first time yesterday and purchased the kale salad with walnut meat. The salad was good and flavorful, however, the serving size was way too small for the $9.00 that I paid for it. Most restaurants would serve that container size as a side for about $5.00 or $6.00 so that was definitely disappointing. Not to mention, the side of walnut meat I ordered was less than a teaspoon so I didn't get completely full from the order and had to go and get something else to eat. If you're really hungry, I would recommend pairing it with a smoothie or adding chick peas so that you can be satisfied. Otherwise, it's a great nutritional salad that I would recommend. Also, kudos to the cashier who assisted me. She was inviting and personable. She also was willing to answer my questions since it was my first visit. This lady definitely is not a business woman. I've been payin for 3 extra scoops of granola on my açaí bowl every time i get 1. And i get 1 everyday I'm in town because I've just bought a house in Smyrna. She gives absolutely 1 or 2 napkins with every meal. U ask for more napkins and get handed literally 1 or 2. She was explaining to me the other day and i leaned in the counter where i was getting rung up at and told me to get off the counter in a disrespectful manner. So i go today and tell her that 1 scoop fell out in my bag. She said that i should have got it out the bag and put it in my bowl. I asked for her to support the scoop like last time when i didn't get the scoops i paid for. She said no u always do this. My point is that she gives the smallest container scoop that you could possibly pay for at a price of 50 cents a scoop. So when i pay for it, it's what I'm expecting. The bottom creek is always melted brown instead of the regular burgundy color that it's suppose to be. I ask for extra banana and never get it. I oils just make my customer happy and make the $20 a day. But she doesn't care nothing about that. I'm just confused on how these type people stay in business. She won't even invest in her business.
