Right from day one, Jackie and her sister Gale were on the ball with helping us find a home! She definitely gets +five stars on availability; my wife and I could get in touch with her almost any time of the day, whether it be via text, phone, or email and get almost an immediate response. Plus, Anytime we had a question or an issue that would involve either the house, our lawyer, or mortgage company, she would contact them to get an answer. Scheduling was never an issue, anytime we wanted to look at a house, we would figure out a time and either Jackie or Gale would meet us at one of the houses. Beautiful home, but substandard renovations on what is clearly a hasty, poorly managed flip in which Mr. Lindsay holds a financial interest. Instead of politely declining or providing a counter, we were told "Do not delude yourself into thinking this is a starting point. I have no counter and all but zero interest in your client." We were shocked at this level of unprofessionalism and blatant rudeness. Beware if you work with this man. In further researching Mr. Lindsay, he has a clear history of overpricing homes along with questionable ethics and conduct. I just want buyers and sellers to know what they are getting into with him. We listed our house as the market was crashing. Mr Lindsay said that he had all these buyers lined up and that the group that worked for him also had a bunch of interested buyers lined up. Over inflated our price and gave promises after promises. After forgetting an open house he had scheduled with me we had one showing. He then started harassing us to lower price over and over again and said it was our fault it wasn't selling . When I refused at one time he hung up! I was at a coffee shop and ran into an acquaintance and aired my frustration about Mr Lindsey and sure enough he heard about it and send us a very threatening letter ( I still have it) . Please google him before you list or buy with him! Very unprofessional , uses your empty house for his sexapates !!! It's all on film! How he got his license back after that is beyond me!
