My eyes were initially very droopy with rolls of fat on them. My doctor suggested an upper blepharoplasty and canthopexy. Overall the procedure took around 2 hours, and I was able to go home on the same day. The first night was a little painful with visible bruising. But the bruising started to come down from the very next day. Overall there was minimal bruising and swelling, and I recovered within 2 weeks completely. I am very pleased with the results! I am a relatively young patient, and hence was extremely scared about the procedure. I consulted Dr De Silva because excess skin on my eyelids was impairing my vision. He recommended eyelid surgery, removing the surplus skin and fat. I have found that the customer service was very poor, his PA is rather a saleswoman who will try to chat you up and the other assistants are also quite rude. Careful when signing the contracts as they include a gag clause which prevents you from posting bad reviews.
