My wife called several times while waiting and left voicemails with her number... it's hard to believe she was too busy to answer the phone when she was supposed to be on the phone with my wife at the time. So she rescheduled the phone appointment for today. Again, she never called. Again my wife has been calling her and leaving voicemails. This time an hour has gone by already and she never bothered to call and apologize for missing the appointment again. Would not recommend.

Originally, I booked an appointment with Carolann because I was interested in trying to lose weight using hypnotherapy. After meeting or talking on the phone with half a dozen hypnotherapists, I settled on Carolann because she came across as genuine, caring, empathetic, and an experienced professional. Plus, she had a soothing voice which I thought would be perfect for hypnotherapy sessions (call her and you'll see!). Shortly after I began working with her, I ended up going through an unexpected and traumatic life experience that lasted two years. Carolann served as my therapist during that time and I credit her with keeping me sane. She provided me with a safe space to vent/process. She also was a caring and empathetic listener who asked insightful and thoughtful questions which helped me grow, become more self-aware, and better cope with my situation. And finally, she served as my unwavering champion during this time period, and I so appreciated her warmth, empathy, and support. It has been over two years since I last saw her and I still find myself drawing on some of the tools/insights she taught me. That traumatic life experience is behind me now (which I'm thankful for) but as strange as it sounds, I'm grateful for the experience because it brought Carolann into my life. I'm a better and more healthy person today because of her. She helped me understand myself better, taught me how to tap into my inner-strength, gave me the courage to be vulnerable and lean on my support network, and she showed me how to deal with life's challenges in a positive manner. Whether you're seeking a hypnotherapist or in need of personal therapy, I can't recommend Carolann enough. She's truly an amazing and gifted therapist.

They aren't perfect, but they are reasonable and they will listen when you tell them that they did something that felt hurtful. My therapist Abby was incredibly compassionate. I also had a good experience with leadership, including Kara who took the time to address concerns that I had about my treatment. I couldn't give five stars because they aren't perfect, but who is? They have done a good job hiring people that really care about you. If you make the difficult decision to enter into treatment here, know that it will be hard, but you will have compassionate staff to help you through it. They won't do things perfectly and neither will you because, well, we are all human. What matters most, however, is that they really do care about what they do.
