After returning home to Vicksburg, Mississippi in 2003, I began my career in real estate with a passion for helping people navigate one of the most important decisions of their lives. Meet the Business Owner: Juie P.

I’m a Mississippi girl through and through. In 1988, I moved to California, where I enjoyed incredible adventures and lived in some truly unique places, including San Francisco. In 2003, I moved straight back to Vicksburg, Mississippi—where I immediately felt at home. Shortly after returning, I began my career in real estate, and I’ve loved it ever since because of the people I meet along the way. Many of my clients have become lifelong friends, which is one of the most rewarding parts of this business. Real estate also introduced me to my wonderful husband, David Johnson, a retired Delta farmer and conscientious pilot. We share a great family, including my stepson, who is an avid reader and as handsome and brilliant as his father. While I may be a girly girl with a love for shoes, I’ve also learned to shoot and occasionally help with hog hunting—something my farmer neighbors appreciate. I’m grateful every day to live, work, and serve this community through real estate.

I swear, Julie contacted me just as I was emailing an inquiry about a particular home. She called me even before I hit the "send" button! All joking aside, Julie and her services are worthy of other real estate agents to emulate. She's very knowledgeable and extremely prompt. Every time I felt it was time to move on to the next step of the house buying process, she was already several steps ahead of me and had everything in place. Because of her, I received my home inspection at a discount, I didn't pay any closing costs, at the time of closing I received a $500 check, and most of all, I got my home cheaper than I was initially going to offer.
