Two burgers were raw and cold, the fries were also cold, my burger the American Standard was served without anything even though the waitress asked me if I wanted the lettuce, tomatoes and pickles that it comes with. In order to get our waitress to come to our table we had to get another waitress to go get her. We explained to her the problem with our order and requested the manager to come to our table. After addressing our complaints the manager just asked us what we wanted to do without even an apology. She didn't charge us for 2 burgers out of 3 that we ordered and brought us a free appetizer of our choice. All done with an attitude and without an apology from the manager or waitress.
