The lighting fixtures and salon setup are all modern and create an interesting dichotomy. As an Aveda salon, they have a wide selection of Aveda products. Due to their small storage space however, they tend to have only a few bottles of each product. So if you want a lot of a specific product, you may want to ask them to order it for you. In terms of services, they provide skin care and body care, hair treatments, hair coloring, and hair cuts. Their focal point is obviously hair care. In the upstairs area they offer acupuncture and massage (when they have a person on staff - I don't think they currently have someone as of July 2025; whereas they have had that it the past)

No cuticles were cut for either my fingers or my toes. Never cleaned out under the nails either. The nails were filed extremely unevenly... I think I have to go home and re-file everything. My massages were so rough I thought I was going to leave with bruises. i asked for the color to be matching on my fingers and toes. the polishes were taken from the same box but they are not the same color. Polish was applied so quickly hardly giving even 30 sec to dry between coats. edges of the nail have no polish on them. The surface of the nails feels rough and bubbly and when I expressed this concern, they were quickly filed over and the problem is not fixed. Richa has been very sweet and professional every time. She has never messed up my brows (for those of you that are afraid to try a new threader who would ruin your brows). Take a chance here! I got a facial this time with my eyebrow threading and it was SO worth it. My skin has never been so bright and my NOSE HAS NEVER BEEN SO SOFT! It was very relaxing as well.
