I have purchased multiple insurance products through this business, and I regret ever choosing them. Cynthia Hsncock was my agent, and an example of customer service at its poorest. I recently purchased a new auto insurance policy through her. One month after enrolling I got a bill for the auto insurance that was almost double my "guaranteed the premium won't go up, this is really what you are going to pay" auto policy. Repeated attempts to contact my insurance agent (Cynthia) via email, voicemail, and a message through the receptionist went unanswered for over TWO weeks. So here I am, stuck with this bill almost double the quoted premium, which is accruing late fees, and can't get any answers for WHY it went up and no one will call me back. And if I call the auto insurance company directly it just routes me back to Cynthia's office. So finally after over two weeks, and calling again 4 times over the last 3 days I get a grumpy return phone call. And when asked why my repeated calls and emails have gone unanswered, her unapologetic response was "I've been busy." Wow. Nothing like feeling used... They got my money then apparently don't even owe me a return phone call to explain why the product that I ended up with is almost double the price of what I had originally agreed to and purchased. Do not give this company your business
