She gave my fucking son a buzz cut hairline and cut his eye brow and eye lashes I complained they employees looked at each other in disbelief. Please do not go there the people that write these good reviews are probably family members to make the business seem good. I would rather take an hour cut my son then a bitch that doesn't know what she's doing. Fuck this business bullshit ass

I used to come here to get my hair done by Paula, the manager. This is due to an prior incident…read more incident with one of her employees with my mom's hair, where the botched the color and cut and Paula fixed it and made it look really good. I have gone to ever since as many hairstylist are to scissor happy, especially with clients who have thick hair like me. Unfortunately, I have to say I WILL NEVER come back to deal with this salon ever again@ I had come in three weeks prior to a scheduled apt. To see how much a coloring job would be, since my hair is long and thick. She quoted me $60. I was possibly going to run late and let them know ahead of time, I get there in time and she thought I was going to be late so I had to wait. Then due to that and prepping, She did not start working on me til around 3:45, an hour and 15 mins later! She works on my hair and foils it, as the coloring job was going to have three colors the ends being bleached. Except she didn't bleach them she, for whatever reason thought that the colors were brown/copper. Found this after I return to have it fixed later So 3 hours later, it's done. She tells me that if I'm two weeks it does not look like the photo, come back and fix it. She was afraid the color would tinge the ends (which should've been bleached but they were just my naturally light ends). I paid practically $113 for color, cut, foil, tip. So two weeks comes and goes. My hair looks NOTHING like the photo. I call schedule an apt. Come in am told that the first time she did my hair she DID NOT use the color technique that I wanted done and was going to charge me EXTRA for a job that should have been done the first time. I work a lot of hours and do not get alit of time off. The first apt took me three weeks to even get in, then i had to turn around and ask off so my hair could be fixed! So I just leave and walk out, tell my mom what just transpired and she loses it and goes off on them. My mom used to be a hair dresser, still maintains her license , but due to an injury to her shoulders, she can't do hair anymore as a profession. Hence, need one who can. The big boss happens to be in the salon and after a long while she realizes the store manager MAJORILY messed up. As she put brown hair color not bleach in my hair for foils. So they fix it, but they do the bleach WAY to high comared to what it should have been in the photo. So my mom buys the colors needed and fixes the brand new botch job. So overrall I spent $170 in terms of original job plus the extra in terms of getting it fixed. I don't get to treat myself out often but when I do I expect the job to be done right! So save yourself the money, go to an actual salon that will do your hair right. The price may be higher elsewhere but cheaper does nit mean better.
