Nice place, been there for years and years and offers good food at a reasonable price. Family business and now Peg the mum has taken a back seat and the daughter seems to be running it. Pancake rolls are classic style none of this arty farty modern style ones you get everywhere nowadays. Singapore rice and Singapore Chow mien are our faves. House special rice is a bit different to everywhere else we have tried as it has ham in it, not to our taste to be honest but know people who go there because they love it Also, has five star health/clean rating by the local authority so thats re-assuring. Yeah its an OK Chinese take out and still offers a some of the old traditional dishes that many places either ruin by trying to be flash or have dropped completely. Oh and the house special chop suey is a meal in itself. Prawn crackers normally thrown in for free too, cant be bad. read more
