We had a great experience with Jump for Joy. The owner called me directly to discuss options. We chose the Extreme Obstacle Course for our group of teens (ages 17) and it was perfect. I was concerned it might be too small and not challenging enough. He gave me examples of other places it's been used, including with adults. He was right, It created great competition and wore everyone out. The set up was done timely, communication was good and everyone had a blast! I would definitely use Jump for Joy again. Other places I contacted were not personable at all, Jump for Joy treated us like important customers who truly mattered. Service and quality you can rely on! After an initial conversation with Mike, he knew right away what would be the best scenario for the size of our yard and number of kids we were expecting and we ordered a combo unit. The entire time leading up to the bday party it looked like it will rain, and Mike reassured me that I would have a full year to reschedule the rental if that was the case. In the end, we had wonderful weather and the bouncy house was the highlight of my daughter's 3rd birthday party. We have a fairly small yard and it still worked well to have the unit in the yard and have some space for the kids to run around it. Jump for Joy is fantastic! I was hosting a fall carnival the Saturday before Halloween and needed an inflatable game. That was one of the busiest weekends of the year for this company, but Mike met me part way, opened up the inflatable to show me how to use it, showed me how to roll it back up, and loaded it in my car. He was very friendly and helpful. Most places had no inflatables left by the time I called or they had no time to deliver. Mike worked me in and everyone loved the game (it was an inflatable basketball game). Super easy to set up and roll back up. Mike, owner of Jump for Joy, was more than accommodating. We had ordered a bouncy house and snow cone machine for my son's birthday party. Unfortunately, it snowed and snowed that morning, and we had to cancel. I was so worried about my deposit, and the possibility of having rescheduling problems. But Mike made my worries disappear. We were easily able to reschedule for the following weekend, at the same time we had planned originally. They arrived on time, set up quickly, and had us ready to go in time for the party! Rented 18 foot water slide for family summer party. Jump for Joy's customer service from start to finish was excellent. Equipment was well maintained and held up with no issues for 14 kids for over 6 hours.
