My four-year-old son had a Spider-Man theme party and was looking forward to seeing Spidey. 30 minutes after the event started we got a text that the character wouldn't be there because they had car issues. We offered to order Uber, but the response, was they were busy and another party and couldn't get back to us. They took our money and it's been almost 3 weeks with no refund, no-show and a disappointed, four-year-old. These people are ruthless, heartless, and obviously don't care about their reputation or crushing a four-year-old dreams. I would never recommend this company.

The staff (Gina, Whitnee and Vance) was exceptional - friendly, professional and efficient (service was amazing and stealth-like!). I stumbled upon Nikki's Flowers on Instagram, and was pleased to see some truly lovely arrangements. I clicked on the linked website, and it is easy to navigate, even providing the option to request specific flowers. It seemed a little too easy, to be honest, and I wondered if it wasn't some sort of ploy, so I googled her phone number and called. No answer, but I sent a text message as direction on her voicemail message, and Miss Nikki responded immediately! I did not have any specific requests, just needed the delivery that same day, and she was happy to comply. She even sent a photo and confirmation of delivery. The birthday girl was thrilled and highly praised the beauty of the arrangement. As you can see from the photo, it was not undeserved! Nikki delivers from Layton through Ogden, and I am so pleased to now have a great floral designer in my pocket for this area. I paid around $45 + a $5 delivery fee.
