I went there in the end of March because I really wanted to started working out ASAP and the guy who talked with me said that I had to make an appointment in order to be explained the different options/packs. I said that I knew what I wanted and that was to join and start the next day. Impossible, no one starts without the appointment. And the next free appointment was in 8 days. I then explained that I could only join for 2 months, so a week was precious time to waste. He said that he would put a note and if someone would drop off in the meanwhile, they would give me a ring. I asked him about the prices I had been made a very generous offer in another gym but I didn't want to decide before knowing if there they could give me a better price. I made it very clear that I want to go do the classes and use the regular machines and the guy said that for that it would be between 30 and 40Eur, maximum. I thought that was to good to be true and I insisted again that I was only wanting to join for 2 months and not for a longer contract and he said that for sure it wasn't more then 40Eur. Two days later I decided to ring there, just to make sure that the note had not been forgotten and to double check the price. I was then informed that actually that morning someone had cancelled an appointment but that there was there no indication refering to me frustration aside, I asked again for a price guideline because I explained that I was waiting a whole week and wanted to make sure that it wasn't in vain. I was then told that it costed 10Eur per week. Ok, better to wait, I thought, considering that it more then half the price of the previous offer. The 8th of April finally arrived. I went all excited and full of energy to what I thought was my new fitness studio. When I got there I was sat on a chair and the girl comanding what felt like an interview, very professional with her i-pad, started putting down my options. So, making a long story short, if I wanted to join the classes i had to pay extra weekly. But paying extra for the classes wasn't enough if I wanted to joing the classes in the afternoon I also had to pay extra because in order to use the gym after a certain time also costed extra. So, may I ask, shouldn't they charge only half for the classes? If anyway you pay to join them, but you cannot, because most of them are in the late afternoon!? The end result was close to 80 Eur. I could not believe that I was sooooo clear before, explaining what I wanted and twice I was told FOR SURE no more then 40 Eur and in the end they were charging twice the amount. With 40 Eur you could not even join the basic tarif! I felt deceived and robbed of my own time. And who was going to make up for that? It shouldn't be so complicated and so full of hidding prices to join a gym. People have the right to know and to be informed without having to wait a whole week in the end to be deceived. I went imediatly to join the other gym and the next morning I was working out!
