I contacted Juneau Glass after our long-term local window supplier took 7 months to replace a window. I'm glad I did. They have been much faster and are easy to work with. Recently, they did our shower surround. Although they did an excellent job, their supplier sent the wrong parts, which resulted in a delay. To compensate us for that delay, they installed a new 4' x 5' double pane window for free. Excellent customer service. read more

Juneau glass has the most horrendous customer service I have experienced in this town. Not only do they not answer the phone half of the time, but when they do they are extremely unhelpful and condescending. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE, go to Emerald Glass instead. read more

We have been using Juneau Glass since they opened their doors. Small town service from people who know how to get the job done right, and care enough to do it that way the first time. Don't expect big business baloney, or work performed by minimum wage employes who's only care is to get their next paycheck.
