They take what they can from insurance and then surprise bill the patient the rest of their exorbitant rates. They should have the decency to join the same insurance networks as WakeMed, and in turn, charge for their services in an honest and fair manner.

I keep calling Raleigh Pathology and they claim the insurance company never responded when they…read moresent the insurance claim. I call the insurance company and the claim was never sent. I call back and verify the insurance information is correct with them. They resubmit the claim to the insurance company a second time (so they say) and indicate no response again. They tell me to call the insurance company again. I am fed up. Based on the other reviews if appears there some dishonest activity going on here, incompetency or both.
