They gave us a quote within a few days of our initial contact, they told us up front that we were looking at a 4 week wait before they began which ended up being shorter. We really appreciated the up front transparency. There were no hidden fees at the end, the estimate / contract we were given was what we paid. While they were working on the house, we decided we wanted them to help us with more work and they quickly got us estimates for the extra work and they got the work done quickly as well. Lastly, we worked with them remotely and they shared photos about materials and the finished product. We asked Angela if she had a recommendation for a cleaning company and she offered to do it for a competitive rate! They also offered to mow our lawn! The list of positives is endless. I could not have found a better team. From the day of the initial walk-through and bid to completion the team was professional, courteous, educational when needed, excellent communicators. They not only bring expertise they also bring integrity. They truly treat the job as if it was their own home. They removed/replaced old drywall, painted, remodeled down to the studs in some areas to expand the space as much as possible, replaced flooring, repaired poor plumbing from previous job, completely gutted and rebuilt the bathroom, replaced/repaired windows and doors. I was living and working in the house at the time, and they did an excellent job of minimizing disruptions. I was as informed as I needed to be - no more, no less. I would recommend them to everyone. I will be working with them again in the future to update some items in the main house.

From start to finish, the process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. Erin was incredibly knowledgeable and guided me through different vinyl flooring options that would fit my budget, lifestyle, and design preferences. She brought samples to my home, which made it much easier to visualize how everything would look in the actual space. Installation was just as impressive. The crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and paid close attention to detail. They made sure the subfloor was properly prepped and the planks were laid seamlessly--no gaps, lifting edges, or mess left behind. They also installed new baseboard which look amazing. I agree with the prior one-star reviewer. I was working through my designer but agree they were…read morevery slow to respond, and often took multiple calls or emails to get a response. They'd change dates and times last minute, causing a considerable inconvenience. We did ultimately use them but wish we hadn't. Despite coming out and making template, the installation was anything but easy. I've had countertops installed in multiple residences over the years and there is always a bit of adjustment onsite, but this time they had to do lots of grinding and polishing, and even had to cut into the drywall to make it fit. Not to mention the shoving and pounding to force them into place. After they were installed I noticed some of the edges were uneven and just not very professionally finished. If you're reading this looking for a countertop installer, definitely go look elsewhere. I will next time.
