More than one hour wait while there is no line and you already have a table!…read more This is my first time here. On the website, this place looked nice. The lobby and interior indeed looks nice. I arrived at noon, couldn't check in until 3 pm, that's okay. I stayed at the lobby restaurant for lunch. There's no water refill, didn't bother to ask either. There's no restaurant nearby, or that I know. Hence, dinner at the same restaurant. The entree, from the time i started the salad, until it's served, it took ONE HOUR AND FOUR MINUTES!!!!!!!!!!!! Totally not acceptable. They wondering around me and no one noticed. However, the food quality is okay.
