Melina is a super friendly host and was very accommodating. I've done some meditation and my wife has done sound bath before. I didn't know what to expect and usually a very logic based individual not particularly open. The couples session was easy to book through her app/booking site. When the session started we were able to cover our eyes and black out. Initially my mind was racing and trying to calm but the more you force it the more you fight it. She alternated the sounds and vibrations, introduced new tools to vibrate. Her style seemed to vary and was more of a story or experience unfolding. There were several times I was falling out of focus and thinking too much but she seems to have a feel for the client. She always seemed to know when to give a little frequency boost and rope me back in. It felt like I went on a spiritual journey.
