They stated verbally to us and on their website they have experience doing so. The trailer arrived at the location on 8/29/25 and upon unloading it was discovered the piano had been broken. It was expressed to us by the company we utilized for unloading that the piano had not been packed properly which we also confirmed with a piano repair shop. I have waited to write a review with hopes that Mike would work with us to come to a solution. That is not the case and I am here to at least help other consumers. Affordable Movers is not a company I would trust nor recommend to anyone due to how I was treated during discussions as well as the lack of accountability. We asked for some sort of resolution, even just covering the fee for the estimate for repair which Mike flat out refused. We are a military family and have moved.....a lot! We've had good movers and bad movers. When we…read moremoved from PCB back to Canada, our stuff had to be put on U-Haul trucks, locked up for a week, then moved onto the actual truck bringing it to Canada. With the added "transfer" we were not looking forward to the results. When we unpacked back in Canada, we saw just how professionally and perfectly our stuff had been packed and loaded by the Van Horn staff. Out of 12,000 lbs of stuff, only one wine glass was broken. That was it. Nothing else damaged at all. Basically unheard of! Thank you to the amazing packers and loaders at Van Horn for taking such good care of our stuff. You treated it like it was yours, and it showed.

Tyrone Davis/Reliable services is not Reliable..He will not fix our turf he put down July 2025…read more this year ..there are seams all over yard posting pictures.. we refused to pay the balance until he replaced pr properly fixed all the seams. So what does he do puts a lien on our property all we asked him to do was honor his one year warranty especially considering it had just been put down ..hes a nice guy as long as its going his way but when you question his work he refuses to fix the mohawk seams all over the yard where turf was laid .He didn't use seam tape as he told us on our first meeting 3 things to make turf look real. Seamtape,glue and staples.. he refused to use seamtape and now we have a mess in our yard !

Since my entire yard was pure sand, I didn't know how grass was going to grow. But, I have the most beautiful, luscious grass now! Mr. Davis came back out a couple of times to adjust the sprinkler head times for me at no charge. If you want it done right the first time, these are your guys. We hired Movertoo Chris and Shakila to get us back to our condo. They came to our home on the day and time agreed upon and did an assessment and walk through. The next day we received a quote. The quote was fair and reasonable. They provided boxes, tape, packing paper and wardrobe boxes They helped pack our belongings and delivered on time with care and speed, it was the easiest move we have ever experienced!
