I'm so happy I came across this company on Instagram last month! My inlaws have been wanting to get rid of junk for awhile now but every person they reached out to either left them hanging or quoted them a crazy price amount. When I saw Junk.Haul.Move sponsored add on instagram, I decided to reach out them them and get a free quote. They were super fast at responding, very detailed with their quote after I sent them photos and were 100% honest on pricing and the rang it would be around. They were not pushy at all to book and they were patient with us on booking. They offered same day services but we ended up booking a few weeks out. The day before our booking, they sent me a message confirming and day of booking they were running a few minutes behind which, was not an issue at all. Their communication is great and they got all of our junk cleaned out within 2 hours. I had to work day of booking but my husband was home and was telling me how quickly things were coming along. They did leave a few things behind but only because it was stuff we were still keeping and some was liquid which they do not take. When I got home from work, I was almost in tears. Our backyard was back and I could not have been happier. There is still lots of work that needs to be done to our backyard (as you can see in the photos) and we will eventually get to that but having this project done was one step closer to our dream yard and we couldn't have started the process without this company helping us. I sent out a yelp request to a few businesses for junk removal, but was also looking for someone who could assist in donating several pieces of furniture and clothing I had compiled over the years. Considering the furniture was in very good condition it didn't feel right sending these items to the dump. Like a couple other businesses Noah was quick to respond to my request, however he was the only one willing to ensure that some or all of my items could be donated. Scheduling a pick-up and getting a quote from him was quick and easy. Noah and his helper arrived on time and even helped disassembled a desk and bed that I had. When Noah arrived my parents suddenly decided they too wanted to have some old gym equipment and other pieces of junk taken away which was something that wasn't originally included in my quote. Noah was beyond gracious in taking on these additional items and updated his pricing that I believe was more than fair. To my surprise Noah followed up via text later in afternoon to let me know that he was able to able to donate most of clothing and furniture. Super quick and reliable service trash haul service! We got an immediate response asking for pictures and gave us a rough estimate for what it would be. We are currently getting ready for a concrete project at our residence, and Moses and his team were notified last minute about the job, and immediately notified me it's something they can handle. There was way more stuff to haul than what we and Moses' team expected, but they did not hesitate and it was quick.
