I found Junk Jr. while doing a Google for its competitor, 1-800-GOT JUNK. I had successfully used the competitor in the past and was needing to use them again. I saw Junk Jr. also advertised and called both companies for quotes. Junk Jr. quoted me a savings of over $100. compared with the competitor. I decided to give them a try. These guys do a fantastic job! They are very flexible on time, very nice and easy to communicate with, and they provide a high quality service. I just recently used them to throw away a queen sized mattress and they showed up on time, and loaded everything in their trailer and were out of the house in less than 5 minutes. I liked them so much that I also had them take me to a public service about 2 days after to drop off some things I needed to move and they showed up on time and did everything correct again. The guys at Junk Jr were great - there was some confusion with the time of my appointment as well as the cost to remove a hot tub from my home however. This was one annoying factor and they need to ensure that their phone reps are cognizant of their prices - even a range would have sufficed but a simple 300% increase was unacceptable. This almost lost them my business in it's entirety. That being said, they were easy to negotiate with to get a better deal and I was happy with the effort and tenacity they took in their work. Junk Jr. removed our hot tub along with some other stuff we needed to get rid of. Scheduling was easy. They did a fantastic job. The tub was 7' x 7' and a bit of a challenge to get out of our back yard (because of our fence and sloped yard) but they were able to pull it off at a very fair price. I give this guys a HUGE zero! 3 days we scheduled them out, they were all NO SHOWS then everyday we would call and 2 of the days they said well your not on the schedule, funny we had times for pick ups on all 3 days and spoke to someone from Junk Jr every day sometimes 2-3 times that day.
