I had researched a handful of junk removal companies to help haul junk out of our basement. We had 10 years of STUFF everywhere. I settled on Junk King after speaking to their phone reps. They were organized and professional from the start. The other companies I called were all over the place. Junk King showed up on time, and were extremely professional. We ended up having far more stuff then we imagined and they were very upfront about the extra costs. They ever worked very hard to condense boxes and break down items to keep us from being charged extra. They even hauled off an old CRT TV for a much more reasonable price than any of the other companies ( I had researched that cost as well). I can't say enough about their service. You advertised that you beat your competitors' prices, and I do believe you do. Seeing as I've spent a whole lot of money from a home disaster (water leakage from the condominium upstairs), I decided to try your company out. We needed some large items hauled away from our garage right around Christmas. Junk King had very quick and easy scheduling, very nice employees, and very fair pricing (we checked with a few companies). They even insisted on taking the extra step to sweep the garage where stuff had been moved (even though we said they didn't need to). Excellent service. I went on line requested a pick up time and it was made there and then. The two employees were there on time, neat, clean, efficient and fast. They removed several items for me including a large cumbersome chair and an old front projection TV from the basement. They were super nice and concerned about making any mess, which they did not. I found Junk King via web search as I liked the website write up and that they have a high rate of finding homes for a lot of the stuff they pick up. The team was very courteous and called to come a bit early for my pickup. They were efficient, cleaned up afterward and the price was more than fair for the pickup...lower than others I'd heard of.
