They called 4 hours later, said they were on the way. Didn't show up. They called at 8pm that Friday night and said they were on the way. I said it was too late and we would have to find a different time. They got pissed at me and hung up on me. Completely unprofessional. Never use them.

Everything was very smooth and the logistics & price were very good for the quality & convenience of service. A crew of 3 loaded the truck, & with our house having 3 levels I was glad the movers were young and strong guys. On the receiving end they had 2 movers to unload, but it was much easier in Florida with a 1 level home. All in all they were professional & efficient. Any time I move in the future I'll be using Varsity.

I hired this company to clean my carpet. They came in and did so, but arrived late. They paid little attention to actually working to address the carpet issues, and acted like they just wanted to get the job done as fast as they could, and not as good a job as they could. They did what they said they would do, clean the carpet. As far as being focused on doing as good a job as they could, not even close. If you have a newer carpet with no stains, this bunch will do. If you have an older carpet, and/or carpet stains, these people could care less and you might want to look elsewhere.
