What caught my attention was his fast response, affordable price, and availability. I reached out to him at 10:30 and was able to book him for 12:30. He came by and cleaned up the place in no time. He was courteous and friendly, and it was a very pleasant experience. What I had was a fridge, bunch of lumber pieces, a big metal frame, and a big, old school antenna which is a small, one man job. He came by alone and that was fine for my project. For bigger projects, I'm not sure if he has other employees so you may want to check with Mario. Mario did everything right except that he showed up 4 hours early and then made threats about non-payment when I was in company meetings for hours during normal weekday business hours and didn't get a chance to check messages or answer calls. I was not expecting him to show up 4 hours before he said he would (8pm) It was a remote location - I paid the bill as soon as I found it, but wasn't too thrilled about the threats he left in voicemail and texts.
