Only one guy was working the whole time. One guy was complaining and asking us for snacks and the other guy would sit in his truck saying he was hot and was going to have a stroke. They were literally moving things from an air-conditioned apartment with an elevator outside. They later had another guy show up once we got to the destination, and he worked really hard as well, but the other two continued to slack and blamed me for their slowness, even though everything was packed in bins and was made super easy for them. I spoke with the manager and was gaslighted, and they refuse to leave my home until I paid the extra money. I felt very intimidated and I am overall extremely displeased with this company.
