Unlike a few other local companies we had called, Will was extremely responsive, customer service oriented, and offered very competitive pricing. He delivered a clean, freshly painted dumpster to the house the very next day, and was completely understanding and flexible when we asked to keep it a few extra days on the back end. Leo called and stated that they had found a place to donate it - which I had tried to do before setting up the appointment with them. I was really happy, as the piano was still in decent condition. They also requested to pick it up a day early so they could bring it to the donation site. Because of this I wasn't able to move the piano to the driveway, as previously planned.
