She and James came to the house to give me a quote. They showed up with masks on which was perfect considering what's going on with covid. Viewed what need to be done and gave me a quote at that time. I scheduled the clean out and they followed up with a text for the time. On the day of removal, I received a text letting me know they were on their way. They cleaned out the house exactly as I had asked wearing their masks the entire day. After the first haul, they texted me again to let me know when they were on the way back to finish our job.
