We've used Jupiter Bounce for multiple family and community events, and they are consistently outstanding. Their team is punctual, friendly, and extremely professional--from booking to delivery and pickup. Everything is always exactly as ordered, clean, and high quality. They truly go above and beyond to make events run smoothly. Most recently, they helped support our agriculture-themed event, and everything was perfect. This company does not honor reservations after you receive confirmation. Beware!!!! I received a confirmation that booking was complete and was waiting to hear back. When I reached back out they said they did not receive it and would not honor it. I will never use them again . read more

Love these guys. I have had them at several parties and have enjoy it not only the professionalism but also they are there when they say they will. Up front pricing without surprises and everyone always has a great time. From the first phone call to the after party, love them. I had my sons birthday on Monday and used this company! They have great customer service! They came early to drop off the bounce house and explained to me the safety regulations and how to turn it off just in case I had to. The bounce house was clean and in great condition! It was a hit! We used one of their bubbles machine too & it was awesome! The kids loved it! Once the party was over, they came at the time we agreed and took it all down! I had a great experience using them over all! I highly recommend them. read more

The guys from Jupiter Bounce arrived 45 minutes before my son's birthday party. When setting up, they drove a stake through a water line in the ground and we and our 60 guests were without water for the (or use of toilets) for the entire party. The guys were great and found a suitable place to set up the bounce house. I hired a plumber for $200 to repair the line. I would be completely satisfied except for the owner's (Steve) handling of the situation. I assumed they would credit us for the plumber. Steve anticipated my call and was extremely rude and unprofessional. I offered to split the cost the plumber which he refused. He said if we did not pay the balance in full he would file under small claims court and send me to collections. He said he was my neighbor and he was proud of the reputation that he had built. To me, Steve did not act neighborly or like his reputation matters. He said accidents like this only happen about once a year but the contract that my wife signed clearly states they were not responsible. In my opinion Steve, you should have written off this once in year accident as a part of doing business. I had recommended your company to two other couples at the party but trust me they won't be calling you now. You're a young guy and have a lot to learn. I hope you behave differently in the future. read more

JupiterBounce.com dates back to 2006 when Stephen Vonk, a young man going off to college, started a business that would inevitably redefine industry's standards. Calling Jupiter, FL home, Stephen knew where this business would lay it's roots with his bootstrapping approach and strong work ethic. Just a single bounce house as a rental, proved that he had something that could last and grow in his hometown. Now, with a wide array of products available and deep relationships with his customers, JupiterBounce.com is the preferred choice for bounce house rentals in Jupiter, FL.

Meet the Business Owner: Stephen v.

I opened Jupiter Bounce specializing in renting bounce houses and giant water slides for parties and events shortly after graduating from Jupiter High School in 2006. In its sixth year, the local businessman has been running the business and two years ago, opening another business called North Pole Lighting, all while attending college. The idea for Jupiter Bounce came to him when he was still in high school. He posed the idea to his father while enjoying a few holes of golf one day. "My father is a businessman and a great motivator of mine. I mentioned the idea to him while golfing and he said, 'ok, let's give it a shot,' " Stephen said. "Both of my parents trusted that I was making a good decision." Jupiter Bounce has enjoyed success in Palm Beach County with a website and a Facebook page promoting the business. "The reason it works is simply this: I know what the customer wants," Stephen said. "We've had some options to expand but being in school I haven't gone after them."

When I requested a discount for a future event, I was told to inspect every chair myself at pick-up and that 'no discount would be given.' How can they completely dismiss me after I was willing to give them another chance? As a retired hospitality professional, in Palm Beach, I find this level of customer service unacceptable. I recommend choosing another rental company that values its customers and ensures proper quality inspections.

Within 15 minutes replied, yes, please stop by and pick them up. They did not. They came back 2 hours later and when I did not answer my phone they called the cops on me and accused me of stealing her property! The lack of coordination and professionalism in this company compels me to not recommend anyone use this company. Oh also, I wasn't going to mention anything to her, but I was charged an extra $25 for sandbags that were never used?

They have guided tours and there are many volunteers near the tanks to answer all your questions. Very nice, dedicated crew. My favorite is the gift shop. It has a bit of everything you could want and makes a perfect place to get gifts and souvenirs for your family, friends, and yourself. I got a beautiful necklace, a beautiful collar and leash for my puppy back home, and a postcard for my friend. Everything is priced really fairly and it is a donation to help the turtles at the marine life center. I would recommend getting there early or when they open. Parking is HORRENDOUS. It always is usually especially with spring break. You might be waiting awhile for a parking spot. If you see someone starting to leave or backing out wait behind them and give them room to back out and then pull in to their spot. If there were more stars, I'd give them! BEST EVER!!!!!!! We recently had our two year old sons birthday party and rented the Life size Connect Four game. Not only was the game a HUGE HIT but the customer service was absolutely outstanding! We also had a church event and rented the BEST bounce houses and FUN games; once again, extremely satisfied with all the products and customer service this company has!!!! I love Jupiter Bounce House and everything about the great service I received when renting from them! The Photo Booth came with an attendant that stayed the entirety of the event to ensure everything ran smoothly, the waterslide was a hit with all ages (even a few adults!), and the carnival games were so fun and unique! Everyone I spoke to when setting up my event was extremely knowledgeable and friendly and helped me choose rental items that would appeal to all age groups. Last year we went with another company and regretted every minute of it. . .dirty equipment, 2 hours late to the party, 2 hours late to pick up, broken generator. . .the list goes on. On Wednesday I called to get a bounce house/obstacle course for Easter Sunday. I couldn't believe how accommodating Stephen was with such a short notice. He took the time to go over options and pricing of the different configurations. Corey and Chris delivered it Sunday morning and were very professional and made sure it was setup to our liking. They called when they were on the way and arrived earlier than the previously scheduled time. The pick-up went smoothly as well. Great people! Excellent Service and amazing bounce houses!! I had a bounce house for my sons 2nd birthday two weekends ago and this past weekend my cousin used the same service for his sons 3rd birthday party. We were beyond impressed with how well the business was willing to work with us LAST MINUTE! The bounce house was a hit and the kids had a blast. We recently had an event with Jupiter Bounce (we attended a carnival at Ballenisles that they orchestrated and provided all of the entertainment) Our event was beyond successful! We had a Dj , Photo Booth , inflatables and stilt walkers that I didn't even realize they had! Kayla provided me with every idea that she thought would be appropriate for my event and knocked it out of the park ! Amazing company with amazing people. Highly recommend. My husband and I rented a photo booth this weekend for our wedding and we had so much fun. These guys were so friendly and truly made our wedding unforgettable! The photo booth was brand new, high quality photos, and they even personalized the prints to say our wedding date! They were punctual, friendly, and extremely helpful. Jupiter Bounce was so easy to work with! I loved how they were prompt to call me back whenever I called with questions or concerns. Their reservation system was super easy to navigate. Stephen and his whole crew really go above and beyond. Drop off and pick up is always a breeze and the guys are always so sweet to my kids. They hooked us up by dropping off the bouncy house a day early, at no cost, and then let me keep it an extra 2 days for like almost nothing. They exceed every expectation, every time! The unicorn bounce house looked fantastic in the yard and the kids absolutely loved every minute of it. Deven and Zach did an excellent job with the install and takedown and were very respectful of the property. Well worth the money as it kept the kids busy for several hours and the parents could relax and visit with each other. Highly recommend this professional company. read more

Jupiter bounce has amazing customer service! We have ordered several toddler bounce houses from them and the delivery and pickup crew is always amazing!. The Bounce houses are always clean and the kids love them. We always have a great customer service experience with them, so we like to use them for our bounce house rentals! read more

We love Jupiter Bounce! We have rented several different water slides/bounce houses and have always had a great experience. The staff is very helpful and the delivery/pickup is always on time.
