Where do I start.... This place hasn't seen a cleaning crew in forever! You can tell that the owners don't care about their business. Absolutely disgusting. Air conditioner has been broken for the longest, the fans placed around are full of dust. The mats are lifting all over the place. There's broken up pieces everywhere. You are timed while there and entrance is overpriced. First and last time I'm taking my son here. When you go to their website it shows staff watching the play area, no staff was around the play area. There's signs regarding no shoes allowed and yet, kids had shoes on and so did adults. There's nothing good about this place. Don't waste your time or money here. There are so many other indoor parks for kids around, go to those. I wish I can get a refund for the Groupon I paid for. Found this in the heart of Coral Gables, in the south of Miami. A cute little playroom( must have socks to play) they have a small cafe, snacks, with pizza and adult beverages available. I am absolutely appalled by the behavior of one of the employees at this children's play place. There was a young woman with black hair who was not only rude but completely unprofessional on multiple occasions. She was screaming at children for minor things, and at one point, she physically grabbed my son's wrist in an aggressive manner to reprimand him. I was shocked and outraged by her actions--this is absolutely not the way to treat children. As a parent, I trust employees at play places to foster a safe, fun, and supportive environment for kids, but this woman's actions were the complete opposite. Her rude, hostile attitude and lack of any kind of proper behavior management was not only unsettling but deeply concerning. She should not be allowed to work with children. No child or parent should ever have to endure that kind of treatment. I will not be returning and would caution others to be aware of this individual's behavior before visiting. read more

Today I took my 6 year old daughter to Just for Fun. She LOVES this place! We had her birthday party there and all kids had a great time. A perk to hosting a party at Just for Fun is that they give the birthday child a punch card with one free entry per month. We use it every month. This indoor children's playground is perfect for kids up to around age 10, and my daughter especially enjoys the ball pit and trampoline. It is right next to Gametime inside Sunset Place, so any older siblings also can be entertained.  There is a separate toddler area for younger children to play in safely and a large, comfortable area for parents to hang out while watching their kids. One thing to note is that you need to bring your own socks or you'll have to rent some (everyone; adults too). The staff are friendly and helpful, and it is convenient to have a small kitchen on site with bar food, sodas, water, beer, and wine available. Overall, we always have a great experience at Just for Fun and will definitely be returning in the future (at least once more per month this year!) read more

I had been meaning for a while to try this place with my son who just turned 3. We loved it!!! They have very decent seating space for parents around the slides and the toddler area, which I appreciated. They also sell food, drinks and wine inside and have a few rooms to host birthday parties. I found the place also well-staffed and well-attended to, including the restrooms. I would definitely consider hosting my son's next birthday party here. We didn't eat here but I'm guessing it it may have been worth the $15.00 if ate there. I just did my son's birthday party here and it was an incredible experience from start to finish! I bought a party package where I rented out the place for 3 hours on a weekend. It's expensive but worth it to get the whole place to yourself. The staff was soo helpful and kind, especially Nuria who helped with the whole planning process! She literally answered all my emails with questions, helped to plan everything and was super friendly and easy going with all my requests, such as staying late the night before I could set up. Ran into this place and decided to bring Aubrey here and she loved it! She's 4 years old and she's at that age where she's stuck in between shy but wanting to make friends and surprisingly she made friends and didn't need us to come in and play with her which BTW the playground is big enough where adults can play with the kids too. We paid $16 for 2 adults and 1 kid and the only reason we left was because us the adults were bored but if it were up to Aubrey we could of been there all day. We ate before coming but they do have food, coffee and beers available. I also saw a couple of birthday parties in their private room that day which is a good idea the kids will deff enjoy that. Only thing is since it's so small you might want to find a spot to sit in and don't get up for the rest until it's time to leave because seating is a bit limited. I can't say enough good things about Just4Fun. We had our sons birthday there and had the most amazing time. They hosts private parties so rented out the whole venue and everything was spectacular. I can't reiterate how grateful I am for the customer service they provided. They went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of, they would come and ask us if we were ok and needed anything. This place feels like a second home for us since we have been going since 2018. It's was of my sons favorite place to go and we have always been treated lei to the best hospitality. Came here with the kids for a birthday party and unwind. The entrance was included with the birthday so we were all banded and just walked in. As soon as you walk in you see a large play area with balls (maze like play area). In the front there are party rooms where you can book to have your table, cake, and decorations. The party we were attending was held there. My older son (which is 6) went to the maze play area right away. He had a blast with his friends as they ran around there. There was another play area for the younger kids where I took my 1 1/2 year old but it was not as entertaining as the older kids area. So he was reluctant to go into the older kids play area. I did not let him obviously but it made for a rough day. My only suggestion would be to make the smaller kids area more appealing. We ate the pizza from the party that was made there and it was ok. We also drank some of the beer. We would go back but I do recommend this place for kids that are 6-10 years of age. read more

If I could zero stars, I would. This place is disgusting. Went in on Friday afternoon to take my 14 month old to play and from the moment we walked in, it went downhill. There is a designated area that's just for 0-2 year olds which doesn't have pretty much anything for the $20 price tag you're paying, but nonetheless as we were playing there, and I was assisting him down the baby slide, he got up and was pushed out of the way by four 5 year olds that shouldn't have been in that area and were running around like animals. The parents, clearly seeing their children not following any rules, just sat there and chit chatted- explains why this generation is the way it is. When my son stood up, screaming in pain, his entire lip was busted and bleeding on the floor, as well as his tongue. These animals for children decided to knock down a child 1/4 of their height with such force that it did this. The parents did nothing, the kids continued with their erratic behavior and when I confronted the manager he blatantly told me "what do you want me to do?" He was quick to jump on the loud speaker and tell people to take off their shoes but couldn't have any empathy to do so to ask parents to make sure their children are following the rules? How are you a manager of a children's place but don't even care about the children? It was really, really absurd and quite frankly this review isn't the end of what they'll be hearing from me. Brought my son here for his birthday, it was the only indoor playground that stayed open a little later (even though website said on fridays they closed at 9pm but when we got there they said they closed at 8pm) so it's good for people who get out of work a little late. My son isn't walking yet so they said he was free entry but not too sure if that's due to just that or because we showed up last hour they were open also. They had some cute things I haven't seen at other indoor playgrounds like the hanging ball carousel or the big water pad circle and my baby really enjoyed them. On the other hand, I took him inside the obstacle enclosure part since he's smaller and was really surprised to see how dirty and broken everything was. A lot of the nets were torn, some of the plastic tunnels weren't screwed in all the way or were missing screws and the scariest part for me is that the top was open and I feel like it would be very easy for a bigger kid to climb on top of the structure and touch the ceiling of the building itself, I was completely shocked to see it and I know most parents can't see it unless they actually go inside there themselves . The staff was nice but I don't think that beats the cons. I wouldn't recommend this place sadly. read more

The food is actually better than I expected, especially the empanadas. Place doesn't seem to be too clean overall and they don't monitor the separate areas for the different age kids at all. The employees are not friendly, they seem to be quite bothered by having to be there, and I am not surprised considering the attitude of the party host, or manager on duty I guess. Her answer to a question regarding credit when they failed to deliver on part of the package of a party was, and I quote, "NOT HAPPENING." This place is such a gem for toddlers and younger kids. Just WOW. I accidentally misread the hours only and got there an hour early. I believe it was the owner - she saw my toddler upset and having a tantrum outside and let us in almost 30 minutes early. I bought the $20 all day play in grupon. The place is staffed with very young kids. The place is conveniently located. The place is very filthy. There's dust all over the walls and platforms. The food was average. Pepperoni pizza and Brie flatbread. One little kid peed inside the pool of plastic balls. I notified the front desk girl and she said she knew. They didn't close the area and all kids kept running in and out. All the plastic balls were wet and smelled like urine. They came in with a spray bottle and sprayed the top of the balls. I won't ever come here again. I understand they are not responsible for other kids action. But they needed to close the ball pit entirely since there's no way to clean that with just a spray bottle. All the balls were wet inside the pit. Even I know that all balls need to be removed and cleaned. read more

I went with family and my 1 1/2 year old did have a blast. The staff was very friendly, and the kids were excited to be there as soon as we walked in the door. Children must wear socks, and have an adult supervising at all times. Entrance fee is per child, adults do not need to pay. We went on a saturday and it was $14.99 per hour & 18.99 unlimited. They do not validate parking. The only reason I'm givint it 3 stars is because we were told you cannot combine tables in the eating area (even though we were a big group), and then had to wait over an hour for our food. When we went to go ask why it was taking so long they said after they charged the order it never went to the kitchen to cook so we had to wait an additional 20 minutes for it to be prepared. I'm not even sure we got an apology. It was one personal pizza, a trio appetizer (empanadas, meatballs, and tequenos), chicken nuggets with fries, and croquettes...oh and 3 caprisuns which they forgot to bring out with the food so we had to ask for those as well. The kids were starving by the time the food came out and luckily it was very good. Overall, it was a really nice place and I do think I'll be back, just don't feel confident enough to plan my babys birthday party here anymore. read more

Visited this location after purchasing a groupon (or living social, can't recall now). It was a good deal, considering that regular price is $15 per kid (I would never pay reg price for this place-- never ever). This location used to be a cool de sac, which went broke due to lack of business. Why a second business of same category, would come and charge nearly double the amount previous business used to charge, is just poor business sense. To start off, the staff is not very welcoming. After getting checked in, we then headed towards play area. My white socks were black, instantly. We went very early during the day, we were actually the only people there, goes to show, that they are not cleaning properly. As time went on, we got hungry. We were given a menu, which was basically words printed on white paper at an at-home printer. Now, they are fairly new, so I am thinking they are working on their menus. What totally turned me off about the dinning experience, was the fact that I asked the front desk staff if I could order with her, since no waiter was around, she said yes. She looked at words on menu for a few minutes and then told me to go talk to another guy, which I did. The guy was cleaning the popcorn machine, and sent me back to front desk staff. Hello, get it together! Their lack of response irked me, so I asked the front desk staff of we could buy food next door (game works) and eat here, she said yes. I went next door, placed order, and as I was walking back with my food, the manager stood next to front desk staff. I struggled to open door, since my hands were full, but got no help, despite them being three steps away from door. I saw manager tell desk staff something and he walked away. She (desk staff) then approached me and said not to do that again (bring outside food). Uhm, ok. This place has potential, but between the price per child + parking, it's just not worth the money, at all. They also need to better their menus, their customer service, and clean the play area, it's gross. The friend I was with communicated with manager about some of these issues. I am not sure what was discussed, but I really hope they work towards fixing the above. We really do need more indoor play areas, with this heat. read more

Indoor playgrounds are all a NIGHTMARE! Omg, I had forgotten what they were like. Kids running around everywhere, parents behind them, noise level, ugh! Never again. BUT, POV of a parent: unlike the places I used to take my own children when young, this place is a nice size. It's small so you can keep a good eye on your child but large enough for the kiddos to keep busy. It was clean. There was one attendant keeping an eye on things. There is a nice separate area for toddlers. There are NO video games which I appreciated. They have a nice quiet section for painting and coloring. They serve a variety of food and snacks and ALCOHOL. Is this a new thing? I'm not sure how that plays out for them but it's a nice touch for exasperated adults. Exit was very safe. There is no getting out without an attendant letting you and your child out. I went on a Saturday afternoon with my grandchild. Never again on a Saturday. It's was packed and too busy for my taste. At first, I was very excited when I heard about this place. Indoor playgrounds are a great invention for kids and their parents' sanity alike. Just4Fun is located on the third floor of Sunset Place. When we called them, they told us it would be free for our 1 year old but when we got there, it turned out this was a misunderstanding. It was $10 for an hour and $15 for unlimited. No biggie - those prices were still reasonable. There is a lot going on in the main play area. They have slides and more for 5-12 years old and a toddler area. First, I went with my toddler to the lego area in the toddler section. When I went to the bathroom, my husband took him to the toddler play area which IMO is not age appropriate at all! They have this heavy balls attached to strings in a carousel. Some kids used these, knocked my baby over and he ended up with a busted lip. Thankfully, one of the other guests was a nurse and she helped us out. We ended up not playing in this area but taking him down the slides meant for the bigger kids which ended up being a lot more fun. read more

I am so disappointed and unsatisfied with this place. I had heard great things but that was during the soft launch. Let's start by saying all kids pay even 1-9 month olds. They said it was because they have a tots area, which they do but we'll get into that later. All kids areas- They say staff are supervising the kids but there are too many kids in the at area to all be supervised. Tots area- the ball pit is too high for a 7 month old not to drown in balls. They have a cool water fish bounce thing that older kids jump on as well. If not careful the tiny babies can get hurt. Shoe rack kept falling over. It's not stable. Parents- there is barely anywhere to sit. Yes, we are here on the weekend but still only 1 long bench- this is inside the wristband area. Outside the wristband area there are tables. You can order food to those tables. This is very concerning for me as my kids can come in and out of the wrist band "safety" area without any stuff supervision. I don't think we will ever be back. Including pics to show what I was referring to. Update- we left and no staff member checked to see if we were actually taking our kids. My neighbor threw her kids birthday party here and I came like the supportive friend I am. It's quite enjoyable for kids of all ages as they get to run around and get rid of all that extra energy they have within themselves. Walk in and immediately you will receive a band for the corresponding party you're with so the fun starts within moments. There's plenty of activities like the ball pit and the maze like structures for them to play in as the adults have a minute to wind down. The play areas are split up by age groups so the younger kids have a toddler-oriented section to keep them at bay. Plus, the slides were super fun! I literally just borrowed one of the kids and had them take me through the the play area to feel like a kid again. By the time we made it back to the tables, the pizza and cake were ready to be served. The staff is pretty friendly and work well under the pressure of being surrounded by a bunch of kids. The playground is so fun especially the slide because the children have to use a slide board on it and that's really fun. We like to explore all park areas and usually she also does another activities they offer, now the slime is her favorite. It's a good place to enjoy a play date with friends, the food is excellent and it has a good price. If you go there during the weekend you can get good discounts to the next time.
