They were down to earth and didn't even mind letting my dog in and out to go potty. They were just a great crew of workers and they worked hard. They were so professional and clean, They laid tarps in every area that was painted to avoid any potential accidents and they take pride in their work. I think that makes a huge difference. I'm not sure how I got lucky enough to find Just Add Paint. From coming to my house for a super professional walk-through, to the easy estimate process, to helping me decide on the paint for our new home, Curtis and his team were so incredibly valued. I love that his team featured two women, and that he even sent over another team member to fix an issue with the drywall in our dining room ceiling that ended up being much more time intensive than we were imagining. Our experience with Just Add Paint was awesome right from the start. We submitted our online estimate form and heard back from Owner/Operator Curtis Tankersley within a day or two to setup a walkthrough. Curtis was able to get out to see our house within a few days and provided great insight as to what colors he would recommend based on our general vision. He provided a very detailed proposal not long after and pricing was very reasonable. Even though they were scheduling 4-6 weeks out at the time, Curtis was able to fit us in just a few days after we signed the contract since our job was one day and there was a cancellation. All members of the team (Curtis, Rich, Matt, and Lexy) were easy to talk to. The team did great work, first sanding down the walls, fixing nail pops and loose moulding, and adding fresh caulking around window sills. They were then able to get two coats of paint finished all in one day. The end result is great - very even paint application and great work not getting paint on the ceiling, moulding, etc. Communication was great throughout the entire process and in general, Just Add Paint provided a great customer experience.
