This means that the “boss” is always on the job to make sure things are done correctly. I am not going to say that I am the best painter out there, but I understand that you are going to be spending a big chunk of money. You want the job done correctly. I am going to do the things that ensure the job last, which is all about the prep and having the proper meteorological conditions (when painting exteriors) when applying the paint.
