Dropping off the rental truck!…read more Updating from May 1, 2017 Vineland Location off of Delsea Drive is terrible. We've has two rental trucks back to back over the past 2 weekends and each time when we returned the truck(s) a man named Mike helped us. The first time my husband returned the truck. The second time I did. He told my husband the tank wasn't full and said he would take it and spend the 8.99 plus to fill it up. Being we are in NJ we have full service gas stations. We filled up the truck less than 2 miles away and Mike said he put 2 gallons of gas in it. I call total bull on this. I refused to pay for the gas. He lied and I am NOT paying for it. Fast forward to today..We are dropping off the second truck. Again, Mike says it isn't full. Well, when I picked it up in ATLANTA it was 3/4s so that is what I am returning it at. I'm not filling it up if that's not how I got it. The person in Atlanta told me NOT to fill it up. So Mike, walks back to the truck and tells me its not at 3/4s either. Another bull! We were JUST at the station so I told him to check again. Oh, now its right. Terrible Penske service. I won't be using Penske next time.
